Spiced Pickled Radishes
Gallbladder, Colon, Gut Support.
|Make sure all ingredients are cleaned appropriately and is produce that is local and organic|
- 2-3 bunches of radishes
- 2% brine, 19g (about 4 tsp fine grain salt) to 1 quart of filtered water
- Spices, optional
- Trim and quarter the radishes.
- Place radishes in a mason jar.
- Let set in a warm place for 5-7 days.10
- The red skin will bleed through the entire radish making them pink
- You can split the radishes into smaller jars so you can play with the spices.
- The first is just radishes and garlic.
- The second is radishes, garlic, and hot leftover chili seeds
- The third is radishes, garlic and pickling spices.
