Brown Rice Milk

There are MANY milk substitutes: coconut milk, oat milk, almond milk, or cashew nut milk. 

Another milk substitute is Rice Milk. When making milk rice be sure to use BROWN RICE, so as to gain all the extra nutrients from the husk of the rice.

The recipe in the video below mentions sugar - DO NOT - ABSOLUTELY NOT add sugar.

Alternative Ingredients

  • 3 pitted dates
  • ½ cup of pre-soaked cashews
  • the contents of one vanilla pod
  • a healthy pinch of finely ground Pink Himalayan Salt,
