Anti-Inflammatory Juice #2
This drink is simple to make and helps reduce inflammation. It's a perfect drink to add to your detox routine, especially because there are a host of health benefits that come with it!
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric, OR 1-inch fresh turmeric root, grated
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1½ cups coconut water or 1½ cups filtered, or spring water
- Juice the lemon, then pour all ingredients into a blender and mix together or pour all ingredients into a glass, stir well and enjoy.
