Parasite Cleanse

Discuss your parasite cleanse with your DBM Physician / Practitioner before beginning.

Evening Before Beginning Parasite Cleanse

Your evening meal should be kept as light as possible so as to prepare the way for the start of your cleanse in the morning.

For those patients/clients on a DBM Program, you may have in addition to a Green and Red Cabbage sauerkraut, as much herbal tea, coconut water or clean water as desired.

In addition to the salad and teas, a cold raw soup of Gazpacho or a warm clear consommé is acceptable.  We would prefer that you NOT eat anything else other than the salad as described above.  By abstaining from heavy food the night before and during the Parasite Cleanse, you will adequately prepare the body for the cleanse.

The DBM Parasite Cleanse Program is run over two days.
